the volume of a cylinder is represented by the polynomial 2pier^3 + 12piex^2 + 18piex. find the expression for the radius and the expression for the height in terms of x

• algebra -

V = pi r^2 h
so try to factor out pi r^2
(I think you have a typo x^3 not r^3)
2 pi x^3 + 12 pi x^2 + 18 pi x

pi x^2 (2 x + 12 + 18/x)
if r = x^2 then h = (2x + 12 + 18/x)
