How do you pronounce 'width'?
Do we delete 'the d sound'?

  • English -

wid - rhymes with bid, Sid, did
    th - on the end

Correctly pronounced, you would hear th e "d" but regionally some people make it even sound like "wit" to rhyme with sit!
