Slopes are all around you! Take a look around where you are right now. You can calculate the slope of any object. For this assignment, find an object in your house, workplace, car, etc. and calculate its slope in inches. You will need a ruler for this activity. Remember, slope is rise/run. Share the object you found and provide an explanation of your calculation.
