i have to do an experiment on alcohol fermentation using yeast and sugar. i decided that i will test the differnt types of sugars to see how fast or how slow the reaction will happen.
The three types is sucrose which is brown sugar ,there is lactose and fructose but can u please give me an example of a sugar that is fructose and a sugar that is lactose? i have to buy a fructose and a lactose sugar at the grocery store. Please tell me a type of sugar i can buy at a grocery store.
