Thank you very uch for your corrections. Can you possibly hae a look at the following sentences on V.Woolf's Mrs Dalloway?

1) The “action” of Mrs. Dalloway is limited to the events of a single ordinary day (or to the events taken place on a single day?) in central London and follows the protagonist from the morning to the night of the day.
2) It opens on a Wednesday early in June 1923, as Clarissa Dalloway, the (a?) 51-year-old wife of a Conservative MP, leaves home and walk up Bond Street to buy some flowers for the party she has organized for the evening.
3) While she is in the flower shop, a car drives noisily past. Her attention shifts (?) to the street, where Septimus and Lucrezia Warren Smith are walking.
4) Septimus is an estate agent’s clerk and shell-shocked war veteran whereas Lucrezia is an Italian girl.
5) He has been treated for his mental disorder(s) first by the “rational” Dr. Holmes, who understands nothing of (about) his pain and later by Sir William Bradshaw, an insensitive nerve specialist.
6) After buying the flowers, Clarissa drives back home where she receives the unexpected visit from Peter Walsh, the man she used to love in her youth. 7) He has just returned (?) after a period in India. He then leaves Clarissa’s house and goes to Regent’s Park, where he catches a glimpse ("catches sight" is possible?) of the Warren Smiths who are going to Sir William Bradshaw’s.
8) This arranges for Septimus to go (to be sent?) into one of his clinics. 9) At 6 p.m. Septimus commits suicide by jumping out of the window of his room. News of his death intrudes upon Clarissa’s party, brought (?) by the Bradshaws.
10) Clarissa and Septimus are similar (are connected to one another is also possible?) in many respects.

4. needs internal punctuation.

8. "brought by the Bradshaws" needs to modify death, not party.

The rest are fine.
