A jewelry store wishes to rpice a watch that costs $65 to yield a gross profit (mark-up) of 52% of thier costs. Find the selling price?

  • Maths -

Fist of all tings you do, you have two calculate the percentage- 52% of $65= $33.80. ( 52/100 x 65).
Then you have to add the number, in this case you add on $33.80 to the original amount which is $65; so, $65 + $33.80 = $98.80
That is your answer. thanj u :)
