6 in to 3ft I don't understand how the answer is 1/6. What do you do to get that?
50 hours to 3 days. I don't understand how the answer is 25/36. What do you do to get that?

You need to convert to inches in the first problem.
3 ft = 36 inches
6/36 = 1/6

3 days = 72 hours
50/72 = 25/36
