What experiment can be used to prove that the value of gravity near the earths surface is constant ie. 9,8m.s

  • Physics -

    Measure the times necessary for a dropped object to fall, or a pendulum of standard length, to oscillate, at various locations on earth.

    Small differences due to altitude and latitude will be noticed if the measurements are accurate.
