Use the / symbol to show division and brackets to separate terms

I think you meant:
(2x+5)/(4x^2) + (2x-5)/((10x) ??

if so, then we need a common denominator of 20x^2

(2x+5)/(4x^2) + (2x-5)/((10x)
= 5(2x+5)/(20x^2) + 2x(2x-5)/(20x^2)
= [10x + 25 + 4x^2 - 10x]/(20x^2)
= (4x^2 + 25)/(20x^2)
