3. Paraphrase a specific point: Select a particular point made by the author that you want to paraphrase. Reword the original statement without changing the meaning or intent. Once again, use your own words while citing the original source within the text.
4. Identify a direct quote: Find a direct quote from the article that you wish to include in your response. Ensure that the quote is relevant and supports your argument or explanation. Include the exact wording of the quote, enclose it in quotation marks, and provide an in-text citation to attribute it to the original source.
5. Create a reference: Finally, create a reference entry for your article following the appropriate citation style (e.g., APA, MLA, Chicago, etc.). The reference should include all the necessary information, such as the author's name, the title of the article, the publication date, the publication title, and the URL or DOI (if applicable).
