How would show/ask 'What is your phone number?' in symbols and pictures.

Would having a picture of a telephone and the number sign beside it, and write equal sign then question mark demsonstrate this question?

Example:

phone pic (#)=?

If my idea doesn't demonstrate the question, then do you have any suggestions?
