    Expanded form is to write split up the number into parts each represented by one digit.
    For example,
    421 in expanded form will be
    400 + 20 + 1
    while 12.47 in expanded form is
    10+2+0.4+0.07

    I need help with using an expanded algorithm. The problem is 27 times 3 equals 21. Well it does not really equal that but 7 times 3 equals 21 right. Soooo that's why the problem is that and the answer is that. And blank blank plus blank blank. Soooo if someone knows the answer then tell me.
