Q1. What enzyme could you use to break down the major chemical in the cell wall?

A: EDTA but it's not an enzyme

Q2. What chemical would you use to break down the major chemical in the cell membrane?
A: something like lipases?

    Lipaze? That's the enzyme used to break down protein.

    Well Penicillin prevents the synthesis of bacterial cell walls and other antibiotics punch holes in cell walls.

    Do you mean cell wall or cell membrane? Cell walls are found around plants and bacteria. ie. not human cells.
