2 adjectives of each main character in The Secret Garden, please.

Adjectives are words that describe nouns.

How would you describe each of the main characters?

Please post your answers and we'll be glad to check them.

Mary- spoiled (at first), curious

Martha- helpful, smart
Colin- spoiled (at first), ill (at first)
Dickon- natureful(is that a word?), ___
Mr. Craven- lonely(at first), sad
Ms. Medlock- strict, _______

Ben Wheaterstaff- elderly, lonely

Those are all good -- except -- "natureful" is not a word. Do you mean "natural?"

For Dickon, would enthusastic or peaceful work??

Thank you, but I can't figure out another one out for Ms. Medlock...

How about stern or frightened or humorless?
