Women are less likely to be member of labor unions because:

A. Fewer women work in blue collar unionized industries.
B. Women are less likely to pay union dues.
C. More women work in agency shop situations.
D. Women earn about 60 percent of what men earn on average.

I think it's A, but I'm not sure. Am I right?
