9x 7y= 14
7y  9x = 14.
It is going to have a point.
It is going to be consistent.
And it is dependent.

The two equations are dependent. One can be derived from the other, by multiplying both sides by 1 and rearranging. You need an independent equation to solve for x and y (a "point" solution).
