You need no more than 3,000 calories in a day. You consumed 840 calories at breakfast and 1,150 calories at lunch. How many calories c can you eat for dinner?

18 inches is the answer to the first question because you must be 48 but you are only 30 now, you must grow 18 (48-30)

1,010 is the answer to the second question, 840+1,150=1990 but you can only eat 3,000-1,990 now which is 1,010
