Which of the following describes the compound Mn(NO2)2?


If the compound dissolved in water it would be a strong electrolyte.

    Personally, I am not acquainted with Mn(NO2)2 and The Merck Index doesn't list it. From what I can find on the web plus an old text book of mine, the compound is soluble in water so I would go with 1,2, and 3 as my best educated guess.
