Can someone define the word "Republic" into simplest form?

Give an example of constitutional monarchy.

    Constitutional monarchies in which a hereditary monarch (king or queen) has some real political power include Spain, Jordan, Thailand and Sweden.

    I suggest you use a dictionary for the definition of republic.
