Answer: LIfe is a broken-winged bird. Life and a broken winged bird.

2. What is the meaning of the metaphor?

Answer: If your dreams die, you cannot achieve and soar.

3. What is the second metaphor in this poem? What two things are being compared?

Answer: Life is a barren feild. LIfe and a barren field.

4. What is the meaing of this metaphor?

Answer: Without dreams you life will be cold and empty.
