Has anyone read the book Animal Farm by George Orwell? If so, they could you please answer this question... I'm having a hard time with it.

What indications does Orwell give in this chapter that indicate the pigs may be superior to the other animals?

I don't remember the exact page. But, Pigs are smarter than others because of their ability to read and write. This made them superior to the other anmials

thanks... I'm not sure if that is in the 1st chapter though...I have one idea that maybe one is that because Old Major is a pig
