New products:
* Cures for AIDS, cancer, autism, Lou Gehrig's Disease (ALS), alcohol/drug/tobacco abuse, etc.
* Energy efficient car that gets 100 miles per gallon of gas
* Alternatives to fossil fuels
New services:
* Universal health care
* Education that would teach everyone, including those who don't want to go to conventional schools
* Automatic recycling for all households
