for part 2 of the questions is it six $1.00 stamps + one $2.50 + one $1.20 and four $4.00

and how do i find the largest number of stamps that she can use from the collection to post a parcel and to list them

  1. Ms. Sue

Yes. Your part 2 answer is correct. :-)

I'm sure there's a formula for your next question, but I don't know it. Try trial and error -- starting with six $1.00 stamps + one $2.50 + one $1.20 = $9.70. What are the most stamps you can use to make up the $16 difference?
