write the equation in slope-entercept form.

W(-1, 2.4) and S(5, 2.4)

for the answer I get -2.6

is this right if not please show me where I got off track.

    Both points S and W have the same Y-value. The slope of the line between them is zero.

    The formula for m in this case is
    m = (2.4-2.4)/(5 -(-1)) = 0/6 = 0

    The equation of the line is is y = 2.4
