I just went under dictionary and this is what it came up with. i hope this helps

What is an apologist?


Definition:

defender of belief: somebody who defends a doctrine or ideology

IN other words:
Synonyms: defender, supporter, ally, protector, champion, advocator


I looked it up too! But it still doesn't help me- sorry
The definitions do not fit the answer choices
oh well, I can live with a 99.8, but still, it bothers me so much and will haunt me forever!
