the range for the graph of f(x)=-2(x-3)^2+7 is only affected by:
a) the vertical stretch by a scale factor of 2 and the vertical shift of 7 units up.
b) the vertical stretch by a scale factor of 2 and the horizontal shift of 3 units to the right.
c) the vertical stretch by a scale factor of 2 and the reflection across the x-axis.
d) the reflection across the x-axis and the vertical shift of 7 units up.

    The answer is D, your seeing what is affecting the Y value, The Vertical stretch won't change what Y values you are going to yield while the reflection across the x axis can affect your Y values as well as the vertical shift which will definitely effect your Y values.
