I have to also find the sacred text so this is what i have:

for Hinduism = the vedas which are the rig veda, sama veda, yajuir veda, and atharva veda.

for Confucianism= they were by the chu shi (1130-1200 CE) during the sung dynasty. which are the Si Shu (four books), and WuJing (Five classics).

Yes. The sacred texts of the Hindus is the Vedas.

You're also right about the Confucian sacred texts.
