I believe that learners should be taught good moral. I will encourage group works in my classroom so that my learners will know the importance of working together, they will know how to talk to each other and come up with one solution. I believe in

Vygotsky's theory which highlights that knowledge is gained through social interaction (Fox, 2001). Learners learn best when they work together.

In addition to promoting collaboration and teamwork, I will also incorporate activities that promote empathy, respect, and kindness among my students. I will encourage open discussions about ethical dilemmas and engage them in critical thinking about right and wrong. I believe that teaching good morals not only fosters a positive classroom environment but also prepares students to become responsible and compassionate individuals in society. By instilling these values in my students, I hope to contribute to creating a better world where kindness and empathy prevail.
