Where am I? What about me?
I was always the forgotten one, the one in the shadows of my sisters. Angelica, the brilliant and outspoken one. Eliza, the beautiful and kind-hearted one. And then there was me, Peggy, the forgotten sister. The one no one seemed to notice or care about.
But I did have a purpose, a reason for being here. I saved my baby sister, Eliza, from a burning building. I may have died, but I died a hero. I saved her life, and I would do it all over again in a heartbeat. But now I'm here, alone and forgotten once again.
I was never the one to seek attention or recognition, but I always hoped that someone would notice me. That someone would see me for who I truly was. A strong and brave young woman who was willing to sacrifice everything for her family.
But now, as I look down on my sisters from above, I realize that maybe being the forgotten one wasn't such a bad thing after all. Because in the end, I found my purpose and I made a difference. And maybe, just maybe, I won't be forgotten after all.
