Include workouts: Russian twist, push ups, plank

Today's workout was both challenging and enjoyable. I liked the variety of exercises that engaged different muscle groups. The Russian twists were great for targeting my obliques, the push ups helped strengthen my upper body, and the plank really worked my core. However, I did dislike how tough the Russian twists were on my lower back. I found myself having to take breaks during that exercise to prevent straining my back.

To increase intensity, I added ankle weights during the Russian twists and push ups, which definitely made those exercises more challenging. I also increased the duration of my planks to really push my core strength. On the other hand, I decreased intensity by modifying the push ups to be on my knees when I started to fatigue, allowing me to focus on form and still get a good workout.

After completing the workout, I feel a sense of accomplishment and some muscle fatigue. My core feels engaged and my upper body feels worked, which is a great feeling. I definitely pushed myself during this session and am looking forward to seeing progress over time.
