Your teacher asks you to write a paper that supports a claim with evidence. Three to five sentences, describe one claim you would like to make and discuss different forms of evidence you can collect to support your claim. Where would you look for this evidence?

One claim I would like to make is that regular exercise improves mental health. To support this claim, I could collect evidence such as scientific studies that show a correlation between exercise and decreased levels of anxiety and depression. I could also gather anecdotal evidence from individuals who have personally experienced improved mental well-being through regular physical activity. Sources of evidence could include research articles from medical journals, surveys or interviews with mental health professionals, and personal testimonials from athletes or fitness enthusiasts.
