After cold transferring a customer to the Spanish queue in Quick Connects, what should you do?

Select Transfer, then select the queue for your client to transfer.
B When you're in queue waiting for the Expert to connect, select End call.
C Close the engagement. Add a note that this engagement is reassigned.
D Select the queue for your client to transfer. If options don't immediately appear, select Refresh. Then, select Call.
