They are primarily composed of the remnants of previous stellar explosions and are considered the birthplaces of stars and planetary systems. Nebulae can collapse under gravitational forces, resulting in the formation of new stars. These stellar nurseries also facilitate the creation of various celestial objects such as planets, asteroids, comets, and other astronomical bodies. Therefore, stars and planetary systems are formed from nebulae.
