Have you ever tasted pumpkin pie? It is a traditional fall dessert served during the harvest holidays like Thanksgiving. Pumpkin pie is so spicy and delicious. It’s such a pretty autumn color with a warm spice, pumpkin custard filling. The pie is sweet, but isn’t too sweet. Pumpkin, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg are a few of its star flavors. The crust is flaky, creamy, and it’s even a little bit salty. Biting into the crust will make your mouth water. Pumpkin pie is like eating all of the flavors of autumn in one pie tin. It’s best when top with a dollop of whipped cream or cold ice cream!
