Waiver of Liability for Child's Attendance at Event Catering

In consideration for allowing my child to participate in this event, and intending to be legally bound, I hereby agree to the following terms:

Assumption of Risk: I am fully aware that participation in the event catering service carries certain inherent risks for my child, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, illness, or property damage. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to ensure that my child is aware of and understands these risks.
2. I understand that in the event of any misbehavior, misconduct, or violation of event rules, my child may be dismissed from the event at my expense, and no refunds will be provided.
5. Emergency Contact: I will provide accurate and up-to-date emergency contact information to [Event Organizer’s Name], including phone numbers and alternative contacts if I am unreachable. I understand that this information is crucial in case of any emergency involving my child.
6. Parental Responsibility: I agree to remain responsible for supervising my child before and after the event catering service, including transportation to and from the venue.
