what is the term meant for

"A vote on an initiative"

were doing a corssword the answer as far has 10 spaces and acording to my other answers to the cross word the second and fourth letters are "e"

Also...

"Name of the policies supported by Woodrow Wilson"

It's also a ten letter word and I'm certain the first letter is a "N" the fourth a "f"

i thought it was foreign sometihng but not sure
