why is kpop so popular, especially the kpop band SHINee?
I’m Korean and I’m tired of seeing white girls think they’re Korean because they like K-pop -_-

not that they aren't great, but I wouldn't survive without all my other bands like GOT7, Blackpink, NCT, Stray Kids, and a ton more.

Throughout the last 100 years, young people have latched on to music that is new and different from that popular a few years before. Styles change every two or three years.
I suggest you listen to some of Shinee's music. Jot down some notes about what you like about it. Then listen to another type of music. What is the difference?
