Rights:
1. The right to fair compensation for the work that you perform. This includes receiving a wage that is in line with industry standards and fair for the amount of work you are required to do.
2. The right to a safe working environment. This includes having access to the necessary safety equipment and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries while on the job.
Responsibilities:
1. The responsibility to perform your job duties to the best of your ability. This includes completing tasks in a timely and efficient manner, following company policies and procedures, and showing professionalism in your interactions with coworkers and customers.
2. The responsibility to communicate effectively with your employer. This includes reporting any issues or concerns that may arise in the workplace, seeking help if needed, and participating in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
