Also, you will need to complete the fitness pretest again. Record your new set of scores to critically assess your fitness progress in the last six weeks and to modify your fitness plan if needed to maintain strengths and improve areas of fitness.

My new set of physical fitness scores show significant improvement in multiple areas. My cardiovascular endurance has increased as evidenced by a decrease in my mile time. My muscular strength and endurance have also improved, as seen by my increased number of push-ups and sit-ups in one minute. Additionally, my flexibility has increased as shown by my improved performance in the sit and reach test.

Overall, I am pleased with my progress over the last six weeks. However, I may need to adjust my fitness plan to continue improving in certain areas, such as increasing my flexibility even further or working on my muscular endurance. I will continue to monitor my progress and make necessary modifications to ensure continued improvement in my physical fitness levels.
