Use your textbook to research problems facing the people of Southwest Asia and South Asia. Choose one of these problems to learn more about. You will need to develop an idea to the problem. You will use a worksheet to organize facts about the problem and solution. You will present your solution as a business proposal.

Step 3 – Develop and Research a Proposed Solution

Return to your Southwest Asia and South Asia Today Worksheet and complete Part 2.

You may continue to use the internet to conduct research. Make sure to follow the same guidelines outlined in Step 1.

Step 4 – Write Your Business Proposal

Review the Parts of a Business Proposal section of the Writing a Business Proposal Guide. Now write a 1 to 2 page proposal that includes the following elements listed in the guide:

Title
Introduction
Background of the Problem
Proposed Solution
Partners
Resources
Conclusion
Appendix (if necessary)

Step 5 – Submit Your Business Proposal

Once you have completed your business proposal, make sure to review it for any errors or improvements. Then, submit your proposal according to your teacher's instructions. Be prepared to present your proposal to the class or to your teacher.
