One thing in particular that caught my attention about Thich Nhat Hanh was his practice of walking meditation. Instead of simply walking from one place to another, he would deliberately and mindfully take each step, fully present in the moment and aware of each movement of his feet. This intentional act of walking with mindfulness and presence really stood out to me as a powerful and impactful practice.
