San Luis Potosi
The state in which both my parents were born, always intrigued to know what kind of history that state of Mexico holds within. That is why I’m doing this research paper about and will state important facts about San Luis Potosi, like what’s its geography is like, or how the capital of its like. Many things to say about this great state I manage to visit at least once, more like one of its popular cities that are in it.
“San Luis Potosi Facts.” Free Math Worksheets, Free Phonics Worksheets, Math Games and Online Activities and Quizzes, ”The first thing is that the Geographic in the state looks nice, especially with those huge mountains that some can hold homes in them just like the one my dad owns one over there near the city of Cardenas. Apparently, San Luis Potosi used to hold a bunch of minerals caves that hold a bunch of zinc, gold, copper, and bismuth, but it has been lessened due to over mining. When I visited the temperature can vary from very cold at night and warm when the sun rises due to mountains surrounding the house my dad owns over there near it. The roads can be very nice but also very dangerous due to some of them being backroads that aren’t fully paved right and be bumpy as heck when on them.
“Cárdenas, San Luis Potosí Facts for Kids.” Kids Encyclopedia Facts, One of my favorite cities that resides in San Luis Potosi is Cardenas. Because its main busy streets are filled with many shops and business to do in, like eat their local foods like menudo or visit storefronts with many merchandises to buy. Apparently, it was very famous due to them having a railway built by the city in which can transport goods to the state of Tampico. The railways also lead through many tunnels built within the many mountains it was near on. Throughout the history of the railway of Cardenas it led to many battles on who would control it , leading to an important battle that took place during the Mexican Revolution where it was being defended against the Cedillista forces in which they lost.
The many flora and fauna of San Luis Potosi makes it look pretty with the bright colors of green shining when the sun hits by those mountains. There are many animals that are called the state home like wild turkeys, golden eagle, black bears, hummingbirds, pumas, peccary, and kit foxes. With the fauna that is natural in the state of San Luis Potosi being ponytail palms, Mexican beech, many types of cactuses, and pines. Also, it has six protected natural areas by the National Commission of Natural Protected Areas(CONANP) , and twelve more natural areas are protected by another management called SEGAM. This proves that San Luis Potosi holds a lot of green thumbs by having these parks under safe hands.
Finally, the state of San Luis Potosi holds many histories within its state in which holds very dear to my parents due to them being born there. Didn’t even know that much happen in this just one of state of Mexico, I have probarly visited there for like 4 times in my life and I always enjoy every bit of it. Maybe one day ill inherited my dad Mexico home and retire over there since food
