As I was researching, I came across allot of contradicting research, such as people saying its beneficial for vison while others state its bad for vison or saying it makes you physically active while the other is saying it makes you gain weight. According to a review of research on the positive effects of video games, /) it states many ways of the benefits such as Improved Cognitive Abilities, Enhanced Motor Skills, Therapy and Rehabilitation, Entertainment, and increased Socialization. I believe video gaming can have a good side to it, but I also feel it has more negative effects than positive.
