Texas has experience rapid growth. Rapid growth causes problem with diminished resources and harm to the environment. One of the important challenges is the health-care system. There are not enough facilities or caregivers to meet the needs of the growing population. In addition, the cost of insurance started to increase in 2010. Although I believe that all students get an equal education in Texas, some believe that poverty and ethnicity lines prevent certain groups from receiving a quality education.
