One scene from my favorite animated movie, "Spirited Away" by Studio Ghibli, that I believe showcases exceptional animation is when Chihiro first enters the Spirit World. As she and her parents drive through a tunnel, they emerge into a surreal and magical world filled with vibrant colors and strange creatures.

The animation in this scene stands out due to the attention to detail in the background design and character movement. The Spirit World is depicted with intricate and intricate landscapes, from towering buildings to lush forests, each filled with unique and fantastical elements. The movement of Chihiro and the other spirits is fluid and natural, bringing life to the scene and making it feel truly alive.

Additionally, the use of lighting and color in this scene is breathtaking. The vibrant hues of the Spirit World pop off the screen, creating a sense of wonder and enchantment. The contrast between the darkness of the tunnel and the brightness of the Spirit World adds to the magical atmosphere and enhances the overall visual impact of the scene.

Overall, the animation in this scene from "Spirited Away" is exceptionally well done because of its attention to detail, fluid movement, and stunning use of color and lighting.
