How to Apply the Number format with 0 (zero) decimal places to the Column chart data labels, and then close the pane. In excel
1. Select the data labels on the column chart that you want to format.
2. Right-click on the selected data labels and choose "Format Data Labels" from the menu that appears.
3. In the Format Data Labels pane on the right-hand side of the screen, click on the "Number" option.
4. In the Category list, select "Number" and then choose "Number" from the list of options that appear.
5. In the Decimal places box, enter "0" to apply the number format with zero decimal places.
6. Click on the "X" in the top-right corner of the Format Data Labels pane to close it.
7. Your column chart data labels should now display with the number format applied with zero decimal places.
