Sample work 2 Personality Test Analysis:
After taking the personality test, my results showed that I am an introvert who is intuitive, feeling, and judging (INFJ). Upon analyzing these results, I find them to be quite accurate as I do tend to be reserved in social settings and rely on intuition and emotions in decision-making. The results align with the Humanistic perspective as they focus on personal growth, self-actualization, and the potential for individuals to fulfill their own unique and creative potential.
Sample work 3 Gifted Programs Debate:
Allowing students into gifted programs based solely on standardized intelligence tests may not be fair for several reasons. These tests may not accurately capture a student's full potential or giftedness as they may not excel in standardized testing environments. Additionally, factors such as socio-economic status, cultural background, and access to resources can influence test performance. It is important to consider a holistic approach to identifying gifted students, including teacher recommendations, portfolios of work, and performance assessments. Ultimately, the goal should be to provide opportunities for all students to reach their full potential, regardless of their performance on a single test.
