and one member of each of the chosen must randomly select any of the above.

1. Define the type of globalization selected by your group.
2. As a group, discuss and write down any three (3) positive and three (3) negative effects
that your type of globalisation has (had on South Africa).
3. Present your findings to the class.

Group 1: Economic Globalization

2. Positive effects on South Africa:
