Working daily Techinican ethiotelecom
As a daily technician at Ethio Telecom, my main responsibilities include troubleshooting issues with internet, telephone, and TV services for customers. I often visit customer premises to diagnose and resolve technical problems, as well as undertake maintenance work on network infrastructure.
Additionally, I am responsible for inspecting equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition, and making any necessary repairs or replacements. I also assist in the installation of new services and equipment for both residential and business customers.
In my role, I have to stay up to date on the latest technology and industry trends to provide the best possible service to our customers. I also need to have strong communication skills to interact with customers and explain technical issues in a clear and understandable manner.
