Grape Clafoutis

Ingredients:
- 1 cup red or green seedless grapes, halved
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish.
2. Arrange the halved grapes in the bottom of the pie dish.
3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until pale and creamy.
4. Gradually add in the milk, flour, vanilla extract, and salt, stirring until well combined.
5. Pour the batter over the grapes in the pie dish.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the clafoutis is set and golden brown.
7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar.
8. Serve warm or at room temperature. Enjoy!
